Stitchique provides its services to you subject to the following Terms, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. Your continued use of the platform after any such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
02Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. Maintenance, updates, or infrastructure failures may lead to temporary downtime. We are not liable for any losses during such periods.
03Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your original images. By using Stitchique, you grant us a limited license to process and modify your design for delivery. All brand assets, UI, and AI algorithms are the exclusive property of Stitchique AI.
04User Conduct
Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering the AI model, scraping the gallery, or uploading malicious files. Violation of these terms will lead to immediate IP blacklisting and possible legal action.
